Format: Swiss 4 Round, Select top 8, then single elimination.
In the case of insufficient time, we will change format to Swiss 3 Round, and Select Top 16 to Single Elimination.

Each Main Deck: 40 - 60
Extra Deck: Up to 15 cards
Each Side Deck: Up to 15 cards

Protectors do not have to be the same for Extra and Side Decks.

1The Tournament is using March 2010 Banned List.
2 Both TCG/OCG cards can be used in this tournament.
3 Both ASIA and UPPER TCG cards are allowed, but no TCG EXCLUSIVES.
4 Only genuine Yu-Gi-Oh Cards are allowed in this tournament.
5 Players retain the right to confirm rulings with judges/organizer.
6 Organizer and Head Judge retain all rights to disqualify any players whose behavior is of misconduct and/or for rule violations.
7 No changing of deck list until tournament is declared over.
8 Thousand Taste Trading will not take responsibility for any item loss.
9. The Protector at the front of your card must be TRANSPARENT.

The Eugene that came down today is the
one that played MGS previously.

I think that this tourney is unfair. Because at the start, the organizer told us that he see win before score. When the organizer announce the top 8 players, it did not have my name. So i ask the organizer if he see the no. of win then score, he replied yes and i believe him. Because i think that there are many 3 wins and i did not have a high score as my total score is only 6 points. Then after the tourney, my fren say that he only win 2 rounds and he went top 8. So i am now angry about the organizer which did not did a good job and waste my 10 dollar. I rather die by my opponent's hand rather than die without knowing!!!

most likely he had 2 wins and 6 score.
maybe the organizer did a lucky pick to see which 6 point gets into top 8?

chill ppl... i was at wrong also cuz i din check the number of round wins before playin for top 8... anyway starsky also made a mistake cuz he missout the number of wins when decidin for top 8... cuz the top 8s all got 10 or 9 points while i haf 8 which is the closest so i was chosen instead of my frien... i apologize for the mistake made...

if there is anyone tat would be blamed... it will be me... i should not make any excuse for my mistake but starsky was the first time hosting a tournament thus making mistakes is unavoidable besides tat he also made a huge lost for this tournament if u calculate the prize n entry fee so please pardon him this time...

yeah the turnout was half of what he wanted.
its already good enough that he actually carry out the entire tourney and keep the important prizes.

Lucky pick as in, for example, if there are 7 people with 3 and 4 wins, they are confirmed a place in top 8, then imagine if there are 3 people with 2 wins and 6 points, he will need to pick out one and he cant possibly leave that 8th place empty, therefore a lucky pick would be needed.

I doubt you know what Icymoon is trying to say ..

In other words , incase you stills do not get it , i will try to make it abit clearer to you.

Conclusion : Icymoon should be the one who should be in the top 8 as he has 3 wins.

As for the rest or the other slot you just mention or whatsoever lucky pick you said that the organiser might result in using depending on the turnout so that the top 8 slot wont be left untouched.

So regards of which method it is , its doesnt really affect the chances Icymoon getting into top 8 whether does the top 8 have slots or lucky pick which u just mentioned. As He has '3 wins' While those that was put into considerations was just merely '2 wins' ..

Aboved mention was just some stories after upon looking at bannified 's self assumpted lucky pick system which actually gave top 8 slot to a 2 win instead of a 3 win participants.

I think this is the whole misunderstanding make. ^^.. Hope tis might helps you look the matters much more clearly. ( Chilling Atmostphere o.o )

thats why i dont join tourney nowadays,that time ivan's tourney at amk also stated 4 rounds then become 3 rounds.
