Format: Swiss of 4 rounds to decide Top 8. Single Elimination for Top 8
Each Main Deck: 40 - 60
Extra Deck: Up to 15 cards
Each Side Deck: Up to 15 cards

Protectors do not have to be the same for Extra and Side Decks.

1The Tournament is using September 2009 Banned List (Advanced Format).
2 Both TCG/OCG cards can be used in this tournament.
3 Both ASIA and UPPER TCG cards are allowed, but no TCG EXCULSIVES.
4 Only genuine Yu-Gi-Oh Cards are allowed in this tournament.
5 Players retain the right to confirm rulings with judges/organizer.
6 Organizer and Head Judge retain all rights to disqualify any players whose behavior is of misconduct and/or for rule violations.
7 No changing of decklist until tournament is declared over.
8 Thousand Taste Trading will not take responsibility for any item loss

What you mean TCG exclusives cannot? Is it like TCG Collector Tin Promo Card those?
ZZZzz I can't go to most tourneys coz my decks are all mixed with OCG and TCG cards.

TCG exclusives means cards which the TCG have , but we OCG don't have. But we accept cards of all languages.

1st : Banana (Zombie Synchro) === Dark End Dragon
2nd : Jin Hao (Twilight) === Arcanite Magician
3rd : Melvin (Chaos) === AOJ Field Marshall

P.S : We now know that Banana's weakness is Jin Hao!! Irritation is his weakpoint!
