can the effect of scraper 1 be used in damaged step?

example, yr wild man attack cyber D , and u used shrink in damage step on cyber D, then opponent use back shrink on wild man, can scraper 1 effect be used by adding 1000 atk?

wah so complex ....

um... skyscraper will add 1000 attk first, as during dmg step skyscraper will activate effect first. so overall... it will still add 1000 attack.. But to say it simply is that skyscraper is a build in effect. Once you have a E-HERO monster that attacks a monster with higher attack than its own. It will automatically add 1000 attack points
