If limit area level B and ' the trap that turns all face up monster to attack mode ' is on the field, which goes 1st and whats the result in the end?

But if level limit B is CHAINED by level limit A, and A resolves 1st, does limit B or limit A controls the field? Cuz limit B activates 1st.

i heard someone said no matter which card activates first..(be it level b or final attack order), final attack order will have its effect...since its a trap card...faster speed i think...
