This lockdown deck quite powerful in the WC 2009 WIFI battle can win 15 streak but of course I am trying to make in reality for fun and I need suggestion on fixing the fatal weakness of cold wave in the first turn.
can help plss and I want to know whther to use 3 dark monarch or 1 wind and 2 dark

i my own deck lah, i use 3 dark and 3 ice but no wind cause wind only return but not destroy or remove out of play.... dimesion fissure is not needed (to me lah) dark bribe x2 only try using Dark Art Spirit-Greed x2 to check if your opponent got heavy storm or MST in their hand and you can draw if they no reveal...

but wind top decked 1 card next draw become useless lo. I olso prefer dimensional rather than maco cuz dimension can put dirrectly 1st turn lo, macro can be chain by trap stun and decree. ya its not monarch deck ya, I put monarch in exhange for lightning vortex and heavy storm cuz I olso hav the D.D retrn monster

Yes, it may di siao the player a bit but the question is how long can this continue ?
