form what i gather u shuld add mr assault amour. remove armshole,DDR, charity.

from what i guess u might wan to add beckoning light to reuse honest and send neos into grave. use mr hero blast.might consider warrior returning alive too. reuse stratos.

cyber and DD lady r nt really needed, dont add unless necessary.DD lady would be the better choice of the 2.3 neos is actually quite overkill.

always use the mr expensive alternative of sat amour. dimension prison. if possible.

I suggest u remove common charity, arms hole and ddr. Try adding in hand destruction for draw power as it can help to to send neos to the grave. Anyway, try adding either pwwb or raigeki break as it can help to remove threats. And max out o-oversoul and add in 1 more hero blast as it can help to help maintain hand and feild advantage. BTW, try fake hero over ancient rules as most of the times ancient rules is there to bring out a neos to activate wrath of neos. And add in 1 pot to return important cards such as stratos, neos alius and cyber dragon back into your deck as well as adding in a source of draw.
