Tourney begins 1:00pm

Registration Fee: S$10 S$8
Participants who register and make payment before 1st of June will enjoy a registration fee of only S$8 S$6.

• 2 Dark Strike Fighter (CRMS-JP040)
• 2 Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn (CRMS-JP010)
• 2 Arcanite Magician (CRMS-JP043)
• 1 3D Blackwing Armor Master (CRMS-JP041)
• 1 Blackwing Armed Wing (RGBT-JP041)

Prize Pool Format
For DMCT 2009, top 4 will get to choose from the Prize Pool.

• 1st gets 3 picks in total, he will take 1 card for himself first and let 2nd gets his pick.
• 2nd gets 2 picks in total, he will take 1 card for himself first and let 3rd gets his pick.
• 3rd gets 2 picks in total, he will take 1 card for himself first and let 4th gets his pick.
• 4th gets 1 pick in total, he will take 1 card for himself and let 1st gets his pick again.

In short:
1st pick one > 2nd pick one > 3rd pick one > 4th pick one > 1st pick one > 2nd pick one > 3rd pick one > 1st gets last one

You may also SMS 93884017 to register. Please include your name and which Qualifier day(s) you are available in your SMS.
In view of fairness, participants are only allowed to join only one of the Qualifiers.

Deck Construction Rules

1. All Deck, Side Deck & Extra Deck to strictly adhere to the Official Konami March 2009 Forbidden and Limited Card List.
   
2. Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
   
3. Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
   
4. Side Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
   
5. Promotional cards from original Konami software products are allowed.
   
6. Cards of all language may be used if its Japanese counterpart does not conflict with Rule 7.
   
7. Cards which are only available from the following sources are not to be included in your Main Deck, Side Deck & Extra Deck.
   The sources are:
   
   
   
   • TCG
     
   • Anniversary Pack
     
   • Any printed material (magazine, comic & manga)
     
   • Duel Disk

What is DMCT?
DMCT stands for Duel Monster Central Tourney.

Are we allowed to use Korean cards?
Yes, you may use them as long as its Japanese counterparts is not only available from:

• Anniversary Pack
• Any printed material (magazine, comics & manga)
• Duel Disk
• Duel Terminal 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
• Japanese OCG Premium pack 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 & 11
• Limited Edition Packs

How many people will advance from the Qualifiers?
Tentatively, the top 4 participants for each day will proceed to the Finals.

Is there a prize for the winner of each Qualifier?
There is no prize for winning the Qualifiers. However, you get a chance to win cards from the Prize Pool in the finals.

Is there a maximum number of participants for each Qualifying day?
Tentatively, there is no limit to the number of participants for each Qualifier. However, we hope that interested participants will register early so that the participants can be spread out evenly between all Qualifying days.

Are we allowed to join more than one Qualifier?
Unfortunately, no. This is so as to be fair for other participants.

What's DMCT?

It's Duel Monster Central Tourney. It used to be held twice a year 4 years back. But the organiser has since quit Yu-Gi-Oh. DS was the last person to hold one.

If you know soccer you might understand this.
If you think World of JJ Tourney as the local league.
Then DMCT used to be the Champions League.
Both are equally important.
I'm just trying to bring back nice old traditions.

You may use cards from Duel Terminal and other above mentioned sources so long as they have been reprinted in other sources.
This means your Brionac don't necessary have to be from Gold Series. You may use your Duel Terminal version if you wish to.

I am following the Japanese release. Korean Premium pack cards may be used if it does not conflict with the 2 rule below.

Yes plz do. The more the merrier. If the response is very good, I will check with Rick if I can have 1 more day for the event, and I don't mind including more quality prizes if that is so. =)

i thk from last time de DMCT is always first place choose then 2nd then 3rd and so on the order..so each person like pick from the prize pool..so e.g. only top four gets prizes so 1st choose,2nd then blah blah then back to the 1st to choose again..

its quite fair actually cos it ensures that everyone still manages to get decent prizes =)

There is no prize for simply winning the qualifier, but your incentive is a shot to win those attractive cards in the Prize Pool.
There is currently no limit to the number of participants in each qualifier. However, I'd like to make an appeal to all participants interested to join to register early so that I can spread out the participants evenly between the 2 days as much as possible to even out the odds. If response is very good, then I can even consider asking Rick for an additional day and expanding my Prize Pool even further. But I will definitely need time to prepare.

I have also added how the prize pool is going to be distributed in the post. Have a look and ask me if there's any queries.
