Deck Construction Rules:

Deck (Main ,Side and Extra Deck) to abide by Official Konami Forbidden & Limited Cards List Effective 2013/11/01^
Main Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Side Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.

Tournament Policy:

Any attempt(s) to manipulate or alter Duel Results; not limited to cheating, marking of cards, bribery, will be dealt with seriously. All parties involved, directly or indirectly, will be handled penalties based on severity accordingly.

Judge decisions are final.
