Black Feather - Blizzard VS Oppression

i have a black whirlwind, and a oppression on field.
then now, i normal summon Black Feather - Blizzard,
then i activate effect of the blizard.
is there anyway to allow blizard effect bypass the oppression???

then if put in chain 1?
that means
blizard-chain 1,
whlirwind-chain 2?

then u resolve lah.
resolve back you have:
1.whirlwind-search for bw monster
2.blizzard special summon something.

now the opponent can respond with oppression.

2 example:
example A:
I special summon mumillo(chain1) & darius(chain2) with gyarus effect,stardust cant negate mumillo's effect since darius cause stardust to miss the chance to negate e effect.

example B:
I summon blizzard with plasma on e field & activate whirlwind, but opponent chain bottomless trap hole, blizzard will get removed from game & whirlwind will lose effect.

The differences between example A & B is what they do. Stardust dragon's effect is NEGATES a card effect. I will use counter trap to illustrate, counter trap can only activate immediately after the card it is negating. Let say, i have dark bribe, magic drain on my field & my opponent uses heavy storm, I activate dark bribe but opponent activate dark bribe, I cannot chain magic drain because the latter can only activate straight after the spell. The same for stardust dragon, it cannot chain to the mumillo because you can only activate against dairus. Thus I personally believe oppression will miss the chance of activating against blizzard.

But one personal question, doesn continuous spell/trap trigger immediately when requirement is met?

You have to let your opponent chain when you activate either effect before putting the other on the chain block.

So imo, you can oppression blizzard either way.

The difference with the gladiator example above is the 2 gladiators are summoned simultaneously while the blizzard/ww is not.
