1. Deck Construction Rules
Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Side Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.

2. Time limit of each match: 35 mins

3. No Fake cards or Proxys allowed in the event.

4. 1st APR 2014 OCG Ban and Restricted list used in Tournament. Check the link below for detailed list.

5. 21st March 2014 "Player starting first does not draw for the first turn" and "2 field spell cards can be on the field simultaneously" will be in effect.

Asian English cards are legal.

The following are illegal (unless reprinted in at least one of the above*):

o OCG Duel Terminal 3 and onwards

*If the card is reprinted in at least one of the legal sets, you may use any version of that card. For example, Jurrac Guaiba was reprinted in Tournament Pack 2011 Vol. 3, hence you’re allowed to use the Duel Terminal version of Jurrac Guaiba.

7. Any players who are found cheating or changing of cards during the tournament will be disqualified immediately.

8. All players are to submit their deck list on-site to register for the tournament prior to the event and ensure that their decks fulfill the rulings above.
*All players are to note that submission of decklists does not mean that responsibility of having a legal deck or not goes to the judges. Players not complying to the deck legality as per above rulings may be disqualified even if already mid game.

9. Only original Konami YuGiOh deck protectors can be used.
Note: Character, duel disk, TCG YuGiOh protectors will be allowed.

10. Double layer deck protectors are allowed, provided the outer layer must be a transparent deck protector. Players must use same color protectors for their decks, extra deck and side deck. No markings are allowed on protectors.
Note: Ultra pro is allowed, but the side with the ultra pro label to be placed on the front of the card (card image and effect), not on the back of the card (standard card backing)

11. Judges have the right to disqualify duelist who misconduct or violate rules.

12. Judges decision is final.

13. Players who join must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR. If you are none of the above, you may still participate, but you will not possess the rights to represent Singapore in the main event.

14. Players are reminded to bring along the following

*Players are reminded to bring either pen and paper or calculator to calculate life points.

I dun think can use cause it hasn't been reprinted in any of the "legal sets" yet and DT u can only use from DT1-DT2. Wait for admin to reply n confirm it with you too.

Sorry for the late reply. Yup Vylon Disigma is not legal for the tournament as it has not been reprinted in any of the legal sets.

Important notice:
Do note that there will be no World Championship Qualifiers for 2014. There will be only 1 representative from the Asia region for World Championships, which will be decided as the winner for the Asia Championships main event held in Taiwan on 22 June 2014.

The image for our Asia Championship sleeves is out! These sleeves will be given out to the top 50 players from the swiss rounds and also to our 8 seeded players, so make sure you perform well to get your hands on those sleeves!!

means field card cant be destroyed if opp active a field card?

We have just received pictures of the prize playmats for the upcoming Asia Championship 2014! The playmat on top will go to the top 3 winners for each country and the bottom one is the prize playmat for the top 3 of the Asia Championship main event, to be held in Taiwan on 22nd June!

Sorry for the late reply. Basically the door gift is only given out to the players who make top 50 in the swiss rounds as updated previously. Also only OCG Japanese / Asia cards can be used for this qualifiers so do take note.

In the event of a draw, does the players need to keep rematch till there is 2 win?

The draw system will be announced on the event day. But don't worry, you won't be playing non-stop till there is a draw

Hmmmm, i think you should email into support@konami-hk.com, and let them know you are having issues with your duelist ID. However no issues if you are trying to register to participate. Just show up early this Saturday for registration, so that we have time to register you in.
