Fortune lady Rulings, pls help

Qn1 : If Fortune Lady Lighty is tributed by Magical Dimension, does its effect activate? If so, do i miss the timing for the special summoning and destroying effect of magical dimension?

Qn 2: Can a fortune lady be special summoned by inferno reckless summoned?

Qn 3: If Card of Sanctity is used and removes from play Fortune Lady Lighty From field, can i activate Fortune Lady Lighty's Effect?

Qn 4: If Fortune Lady Lighty is equipped by Wonder Wand sent to the graveyard to draw 2 cards, can Fortune Lady Lighty's Effect Activate?

1 - Yes it will miss timing
2 - No it cannot
3 - No you cannot
4 - No it cannot

So basically if i tribute fortune lady lighty for the effect of magical dimension i only get to summon a fortune lady from deck through the effect of fortune lady lighty?

Basically if the last thing to happen is not Lighty leaving the field, you don't get her effect.

In your scenarios

"Magical Dimension" Tributes the monster and Special Summons the Spellcaster simultaneously. If you choose to destroy a monster, then you cannot activate the effect of "Fortune Lady Lighty".

Card of Sanctity: Remove lighty first, then draw card
Wonder Wand: tribute Lighty first, then draw card
