You should attempt either Barbaros Skill Drain or Counter Fairy, not a fusion of both.

An Anti-Meta 'Honest Deck' would require a few of these cards:

3 Bountiful Artemis
3 Harvest Angel of Wisdom
3 Raiou

Interesting techs would be:

Freed the Brave Wanderer
Ryko the Lightlord Hunter

Royal Oppression is a staple in all anti-meta decks now of days. Max out Oppressions along with Magic Drain and toss in 3 Divine Wrath.

Lose the:

Barbaros
Alius
Cyber Dragon
Shining Angel
Calling Nova
Heavy Storm (Your zones are going to be filled most of the time)
Pot of Avarice (By right you shouldn't even have 3 monsters in there if your deck is working properly)
Skill Drain

If you're going for Barbaros Skill Drain, you won't even be playing Honest. Burden of the Mighty and Shrinks will do the job. There's the warrior toolbox method of playing Barbaros Skill Drain and the one lest reliant on Skill Drain (running King Tiger Wanghu, Fossil Dynas... etc.) Check out Japan's Nationals for pointers, though you should build it to suit your style.

anyway i believe that yr shining angels and nova summoners =(calling nova?) are out of place. if u realli want. u can try sticking to having 3 of 1 type, best angel instead. u can also back them up with tualatin instead.Magic Drain and Dust Tornado are definitely wrong. divine wraths seem like a good idea but dont 4get it reduces yr hand. quickplay magics like book of the moon and enemy controller can be good alternatives that can be used to back yr monsters up too.heavy storm is totally not necessary.
