If i use noble crossout, mind crush , chain disappearance on Eg. dandylion or sangan that is so call limited cards must my still opponent reveal there hand?

No. If the card text did not specify that u look at his hand, and you are certain that he removed all copies of the card. In this case since they are limited, as long as your opponent removes it from his hand/deck, you cannot check his hand/deck.

If the card is limited, it is sure that you won't be able to find anymore copies of that card so you cannot ask to verify the hand or deck.
