| As the November's thread tourney is locked, I would like to post my feedback here to whoever is in charge of this official tourney and I hope significant changes would be made.
Firstly, Me and a few friends went down to Audio Ventura Trading Shop today, which is located at Ang Mo Kio, hoping to join the official ranking tourney. However, to my shock/demise/horror, the shop keeper who was in charge of the tourney only allowed a MAXIMUM of 8 participants to join. This wasn't stated anywhere on the forum and no prior knowledge of it was released to the masses. As such, one can say that my friends and I made a wasted trip to the place, wasting our precious time and effort. The reason for allowing only 8 people to join is that he is afraid that there isn't enough Tournament Packs or whateva packs for all who is involved which i believe is ridiculous.
Secondly, like i previously mentioned, the shop keeper is the one in charge of the tourney. When i enquired who would be the judge for the day, I was told that a random player whom I have never encountered would be the judge where the judge doesn't have the final say in deciding the no. of participants nor is he that familiar with the rulings. This reflects how casual and unprofessional this tourney is being held at that place.
Thirdly, the point which i find it the most absurd is that he allowed a maximum of 3 proxies to be used for those participating which goes against RULE No. 3 as stated above and in your November thread.
In conclusion, it would be advisable in my opinion to WHOEVER is in charge of this official tourney to seriously consider whether you should continue to hold Official Tournies at Audio Ventura Trading at Ang Mo Kio as seen from the 3 points above. Furthermore, on a small note, this post is made to inform all other players of the actual situation happening there and to think twice before coming down. On a bigger note, it reflects the bias and unfairness that the shopkeeper has demonstrated and one should boycott this place, at least for me till a satisfactory reply is given from WHOEVER is in charge.

| Your 3rd point is a serious matter~ Proxies should never be allowed no matter what the circumstances are...its violating the rules, and the fact that this is an official tourney~ | |

| 3 proxies for a OFFICIAL tourney? Nice one. AMK just proved a point that it's very unprofessional. | |

- Under Konami Tournament Policies, no proxies/counterfeit cards are allowed on Konami Sanctioned Tournaments - this Qualifier Tournament is a Konami Sanctioned Tournament, so, no proxies. If you get caught with proxies on Main Deck/Side Deck/Extra Deck, or even the deckbox (deck checking) you will get GAME LOSS because Illegal Deck - Major (illegal deck) - and you must replace that cards, according to decklist. - Organizers and Judges are following Konami guidelines. Players should too. End of discussion.

| Noted on the issues during the tournament, though currently all weekly Asia Qualifiers are being solely organized by the distributor and held by the shops themselves. I will update the distributor rep and let them know of what occurred. | |
