I an not very sure about this. If there is an official ban list or something, most probably we will follow it. Otherwise, I doubt there will be any restrictions. Regarding standard or neo standard, I'm afraid I wont be able to answer as I do am not familiar with this card game. Apologise for any inconvenience caused.
