Tournament Swiss (4-5 rounds) with cut to top 8/16, Single elimination for finals. 35 mins per round.

1)Min 40 cards Max 60 cards, Side deck of up to 15 cards, Extra deck of up to 15 cards
2)No fake cards or proxies allowed.
3)1st September 2011 ocg ban and restriction list used in this tournament
4)Korean, japanese, tcg exclusives and DT cards are allowed for this tournament
