| Mystic Tomato: When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 DARK monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck in face-up Attack Position.
Goku-En: You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If you do, this card is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase if it is the only Zombie-Type monster on the field. When it is sent to the Graveyard by this effect, you take damage equal to its ATK.
Goku-en's effect resolves on the field before going to the graveyard. It does indicate that as there is a period (underlined) for it to activate unlike mystic tomato. The difference in the text can be understood as activating from "Field to Graveyard" (bold) so its not a graveyard effect. Since the controller still had Goku-en on his field during end phase, he will take the damage.
This IMO is another culprit of poor wording, as one can easily misinterpret it as a similar effect to search monsters like tomato.

sorry another question so that means if goku-en does not gets sent to the grave (eg. d.fissure/ macro cosmos) then the controller of the card does not take damage? | |

| Its not a graveyard effect, it activates on the field. So you will still take the burn damage.
The activation of the burn is during the end phase. Take it as damage is dealt first before going to the graveyard.
Going to the graveyard is what happens when you don't have another zombie-type monster, and before going to the graveyard you take the damage.
Its an issue of poor translation / wording on the english card.
