Solemn Warning vs Reborn Tengu

1) My opponent Normal summons a Tengu, i warning it. Does he get to special another Tengu?

2)i Synchro summon Shooting Quasar, My opponent warning. Do i get to special summon a Shooting star?

3)For DoppelWarrior effect, Can we choose to summon 1 token instead of 2?

No too all 3 questions

1) No. Tengu doesn't touch the field, so it isn't considered to be "removed from the field", therefore there's no special summoning of another Tengu effect.

2) No. Quasar doesn't touch the field, so it isn't considered to be "removed from the field", therefore there's no special summoning of Shooting Star effect.

3. No. It doesn't say "up to 2 tokens"

One more, for example. i used doppelwarrior as a Synchro material monster. i special the tokens in attack. During the same turn, am i allowed to change it to defence?

No you cannot change battle position of monsters you summoned in the same turn.

You cannot change position of monsters:

* If its summoned on the same turn.
* Is its already changed position on same turn
* If the monster declared an attack.
