Doesnt state on your side of the field.
So can I tribute Opponent's side of the field for this?

Tribute 1 Synchro Monster. Special Summon 1 "/Assault Mode" monster whose name includes the Tributed monster's name from your Deck in Attack Position.

I think players should be smart enough ba... If not this will appear during opponent's battle phase too...

Agreed, same goes to puppet plant/electric virus .. Can it be use during opponent's turn ..

Lol, got alot of difference. Assault Mode Activate and Gemknight Fusion is the TCG Text never print properly.

Cyber Dragon and Puppet Plant/Electric Virus is printed correctly.

Cyber Dragon is Summon Effect, most monsters with Summon Effects can only summon themselves during the owner's turn. Doppel Warrior/TG Warwolf is Trigger Effect, so it is different, meaning that it can summon itself as long as the condition is met, regardless of whose turn it is.

Puppet Plant/Electric Virus is Ignition Effect, so only can activate on your own turn. Its not like D.D. which is a Quick Effect that can activate on either player's turn.
