can i use forbidden chalice on a sin monster when there is no field card straight after it is summoned to prevent its destruction?can i chain deck devastation virus when a sin monster activate its self destruct effect when its summon ??

Your Sin monster can only survive 1turn if you use chalice on it. You can activate deck devastation virus when a sin monster activates its self destruct effect when its summoned.

The part of Sin monsters "when there is no field card, destroy this card" is a continuous effect.

It will not form a chain and so you cannot chain anything to its destruction when there is no field card.
