Reactor Deck

Kinda of know that some people are gonna flame it but i am jus gonna form this deck for fun. Any help in improving the deck making it more playable would be appreciated.

So basically what people want to know is wat is up with the chain energy. Well having tried out the deck it sorta hurts many of the meta decks, BF, X-saber etc that special summon many cards from their hand. And if I can get out a good set-up of monsters e.g. summon reactor together with AIRRAID I can pretty much protect myself quite ok.
But i seem to have some consistency problems so any help would be appraciated.

And btw this deck is completely devoted to burning and restricting mainly so it would be unlikely that i would attack the opponent whatsoever. But there have been instances where me and my opponent got below 500 LP and chain energy is active and we both dun have anything to dmg each other on the field and well the one who decks out first loses then.

Well hope that other perspectives can help improve this deck further cos so far it has been quite fun to play this deck.
