Can you use monster gate on archlord kristya? If yes, what happens?
Similarly, can you use athena's effect to send kristya to graveyard? if yes, kristya go top of deck?

while kristya in on the field, u cannot attempt to use any effect to SP anything

but wouldn't those effects send kristya to the gy first before SP anything?

it is faceup so u cant sp summon. the effect is to sp summon and krysta negates it.

kristya doesnt actually negate anything, it is just that its effect of "Neither player can Special Summon monster" prevents both players from even activating anything that will attempt to special summon or result in a special summon.

But what if you use Krystia as a cost? For example: Volcanic Doomqueen Tributes Krystia and Special Summons itself. And the cost cannot be negated.

YOU CANNOT ATTEMPT. Athena and Monster Gate also cost.

Are you sure there are alot of skill drain beat, counter fairy or counter decks? Or even alot of Perfect Declarer decks nowadays?
