Fabled ruling

Can i use hand destruction to special summon cereburrel ? Cant differentiate between those ruling . Any pros here mind to explain ? PLS !!

can you read the text before you even ask? hand destruction says send, while ceburrel says discard.

Maybe, just maybe, if we put it across nicely, he'll understand.

The text of Hand Destruction says "SEND 2 cards from hand to graveyard ... " , where as Fabled monsters has the text of "When this card is discarded to the graveyard..."

Note that SEND and DISCARD is totally different, as their spelling is different, and that SEND has only 1 vowel whereas DISCARD has a total of 2 (TWO) vowels.
SEND is also made up with only FOUR letters, whereas DISCARD, is made up with an INCREDIBLE, AMAZING, TOTAL OF SEVEN LETTERS.

Get it?

ya,kingdomheart if u dont knw effect go read the effect pls send and discard is different if u dont knw english then ask ppl about the effect is so easy and pls la is not pro not noob problem if ur english fail dont play ygo all fabel is discard not send only card destruction can discard and hand destruction is send pls next time read the card effect properly thanks!!!

discard is a more specific type of sending.
fabled cards all need to be discarded (Specified). Sending cards from hand such as Quickdraw Synchron and Hand Destruction(Unspecific). And ALWAYS. Sending and Discarding is different.

Discarding can means Sending.
Sending doesnt always mean Discarding.

its like....
fruit always come from flowers.
flowers do not always produce fruits.

same concept. Next time just read the card if it is send or discard. dun come here say ppl nvr tell you.

We treat people, how people treats us.
And I was just implying that we could have adopted a more neutral and soft tone when putting our point across, since Lolz0rx's way of answering you really made you misunderstand his sincerity and want to help you in understanding MGS rulings, in this case, Send vs Discard.
If even using a polite way of explaining rulings/differences in words to you, we can't beat the words into your thick skull, then there's really no point in us replying to you anymore in the future is it?

A "thank-you" would be nice, but not even one, and you asked for help in this forum.
We help, and we don't even get a "thank you".
So we shouldn't help you next time then?
