If I activate Skill drain, does that mean as long as it is on the field all effect monsters will lose their effects ?

Can the effect of Naturia Fruitfly be added to the effect of another Naturia fruitfly on my side of the field ? your opponents face up monsters lose 300 atk and def for each face up naturia monster on your side of the field?

Can I use Naturia Fruitfly's effect ( once per turn you can take control of an opponents monster with 0 def) on my opponents turn?
