Heres my question
can i chain icarus attack to sacrifice my blizzard which was being oppressed?
since its effect activates when its summon isn't being negated.

you can activate icarus cause blizzard is already on the field when oppression chained to its effect.

however, this do not apply for arms wing and armoured wing.Cos they sort of not on field.

Yes, you are right. Oppression question the summon of arms/amoured wing before it's being synchro summon to the field.

Noticed I stated when its summon isn't being negated?
Their summons are being negated therefore they didn't even hit the field making it unable to icarus.
