Hmm...I'm not really sure as I don't really pay much attention to Haruhi cards but if I can remember correctly, this was a promo given out to tourney participants sometime during march this year right?

1)There will not be 3rd/4th prizes if the turnout is not good.
2)This is not a sanctioned tournament by bushiroad, hence there is no PR given out
3)Tournament Swiss with cut to top 8, Single elimination for finals
