When Naturia Cliff is tributed for Naturia Bamboo Chute, will its effect miss timing?

Naturia Cliff:
When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Naturia" monster from your Deck to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position.

No. It will only miss timing when the last thing that happened was an effect that has priority is activated. Like Brionac's Bouncing or Black Rose's Destruction effect.

Wrong.

It will miss timing even when used for release/synchro material.

you must first take note that natural cliff is an optional effect.

and the summoning of another monster is the last thing to happen

o.O
If the summoning of that another monster is negated, does cliff still miss its timing?

Yes as the last thing to happen was the tribute monster/synchro monster to appear on the field. Even if u tribute for jinzo, or synchro-ed it for gaia knight, it still misses the timing.
