Im thinking of making a deck with this card,

Tyrant NEPTUNE
This card cannot be Special Summoned. You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 monster. This card gains the total ATK and DEF of the monsters Tributed for its Tribute Summon. When this card is Tribute Summoned, select 1 of the Tributed Effect Monsters in the Graveyard. Treat this card's name as that monster's name, and this card gains the same effects as that monster.
ATK/0 DEF/0

I thought it would be fun tributing dark armed dragon for this card, but cant think of any other ideas, any help? xD

Or maybe Earthbound god?
