Using your opponent's stardust to activate bustermode?

Player B
Field Stardust Dragon

Can player A activate Buster mode activate by tributing player B's stardust?

Tribute 1 Synchro Monster. Special Summon 1 "/Assault Mode" monster whose name includes the Tributed monster's name from your Deck in Attack Position.

No. It is clearly stated in the Japanese text that the Synchro monster must be from your field.
