New Duelist ID Registration

From Head of Konami (Asia),

There is a new Duelist ID which will be used for future upcoming tournaments. The old Duelist ID will no longer be used. Go to http://www.konami-asia.com/th/yugi5d/promotion/5d_duelist_id.html

Instructions:
1) Click Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's OCG Duelist ID Online Application Form
2) Disable pop up blocker , or allow what ever that is necessary to view the page
3) Fill in all necessary information, for region select north if you live in (yishun, amk admiralty) etc
4) After filling in your region , the location will appear fill in the area where you live.
5) The duelist ID pick up point will be end the end of the form where you can choose your collection venue , the date of collection will not be specified and you would have to wait
