TOURNAMENT USES SINGLE KNOCKOUT FORMAT

2.NO PROXY

3.NO FAKE CARDS

4.ANY TROUBLE MAKER WILL BE HANDED TO THE POLICE

5.ANY PEOPLE WHO IS CAUGHT CHEATING AND SCOLDING VULGARITIES(just don't over do it and you will be fine) WILL BE DISQUALIFIED

6.MIN 4O CARDS , MAX 60 CARDS , SIDE DECK MAXIMUM 15 CARDS , EXTRA DECK MAXIMUM 15 CARDS

7.ALL ASIA AND UPPER CARDS ARE ALLOWED TO USE , INCLUDING TCG EXCLUSIVE
