post EXP2 Lightlords (sept. 2009 format)

finally got around to tweaking my lightlord deck after a month of not touching it (played too much gb synchro lol) for the sept. banlist. still testing with the new tcg exclusive lightlord druid aurkus, and can be real pain for ur opponent sometimes, but if misplay then u just gg urself xD. anyway. here's what i have so far:

Drop 1 Druid for Jain so as to speed up summoning of Judgement. Druid isn't really that useful now that Mind Control is being less and less used. If you really don't like Jain, then run another Celestia, since you're running Foolish Burial anyway. Or at least Ehren.

Drop Roar since OTKs are getting less and less often. Perhaps main 2 bottomless.

yeah i guess i can drop a druid for jain. ehren i think is best placed in the side deck, unless suddenly stall decks become the meta XD. i prefer roar over bottomless cos i've always preferred chainable stuff over unchainable thingy's that get their [censored by admin] whooped by storm, trunade, cold wave (but i laugh at its limited status), and more recently, trap stun. 2 bottomless is interesting. there was one u.s.a. player who mained bottomless as tech to surprise opponents, but never really tried it myself lol.

tested against sept. banlist BF, gb, and zombies. vayu BF and gb needed mained roars, but bottomless did quite alot of damage as well. forgot to side mirror of oaths. fail. added now.

no coldwave? 1 also must add.

no need DDcrow/sangan?

i rather main a Ehren, Lightsworn Monk than Aurkus.Aurkus seems pretty situational if u ask me. Ehren + 3 bk of moon= alot of fun.

i took out a cold wave, but may consider adding back in.

crows are still passable in a side deck, but sangan is a huge nono in lightlords. lightlords are all abt otk, and with ll's newly arrived RotA known as RotL, sangan is much too slow

haha yes ehren + BoM can be really fun, but ehren shouldn't be main decked without BoM, and i'm kinda short on space right now. Aurkus actually isn't situational at all. basically u do all the swarming u want 1st with lumina, then drop aurkus and laugh at ur opponent.

ehhh what? light lord how can have not-maxed- out luminas?!?! sry, but that fix definitely cannot. i used to play herald as well but honestly it was a waste of a normal summon compared to what an end phase becking light or reincarnation can do.
