Fortune Lady Questions

1) I get the impression that Lighty's effect is optional trigger, i.e. it may miss the timing. Just to double check is this right? Means Magical Dimension fails.

2) Magician's Circle. Does the ? atk prevent magician's circle from searching out the fortune ladies?

Fortune Lady Lighty:
Each of your Standby Phases, increase the Level of this card by 1 (max 12). This card's ATK and DEF are equal to its Level x 200. When this card is removed from the field by a Card Effect, you can Special Summon 1 "Fortune Lady" from your Deck.

Magician's Circle:
Activate only when a Spellcaster-Type monster declares an attack. Each player Special Summons 1 Spellcaster-Type monster with 2000 or less ATK from their Deck in face-up Attack Position.

for the first one, yes wld miss timing if u wish to special summon.

for the second, ? =/= less den 2k, tat means cant

if u sac lightly for magican dimension...then lighty won't have effect...

BUT!!!!

If u sac another monster then sp summon out lighty and destory lighty with dimension magic's second effect....then lighty effect will go through...
