Aurkus and Wanghu

What happens when :

Player A has a King Tiger Wanghu on the field. Player B proceeds to summon Aurkus , Lightsworn Druid. What happen? Will it be destroyed by Wanghu's effect or will Aurkus' effect protect it from Wanghu?

if it is so, wanghu's effect will destory him. Aurkus's effect states cannot be targeted. However wanghu's effect does not target monsters.
