Is this supposed to be control or aggro? 3 Dark Bribes out of the blue.

Cut the lone swap and max the foolish. Perhaps Burial from DD to reuse the Mezuki and carrier. Add Card of Safe Return, common sense.

Then maybe you also want to consider Instant Fusion, because it's the only way fast enough to keep up with current decks.

No fixes for your monsters, I'm clueless.

I'd suggest that you remove some stuff that slows your deck down (Dark Bribe, Solemn, Creature Swap) and add some staples that a Zombie deck should run and some interesting stuff that can seriously own (hope the person that I got the idea from doesn't mind), SDD Buster, Zombie World + Aslla Piscu. Book of Life/Mezuki/Zombie Master+Zombie World=Aslla Piscu... Seriously, it's freaking ownage. Zombies might get a fun new revival all of a sudden o.O
