Morphing Jar #2 is summon only one of the lvl 4 and below or all?

You shuffle back how many, you reveal until the same number of monsters. Only lvl 4 and below is summoned.

err... i mean after you reveal until the same number of monsters.. and if inside all is lvl 4.. is special summon all of them until field full of only can summon 1 of them?

i dont get your question actually.

I think the card text is very straight forward.

FLIP:
(1) Return all Monster Cards on the field to their respective Decks and shuffle them.
(2) You and your opponent then pick up cards until you both have the same number of Monster Cards that were returned to each Deck.
(3) Special Summon the Level 4 or lower monsters to the field in face-down Defense Position.
(4) The rest of the cards picked up are discarded to the Graveyard.

Its a must a special summon the monsters. ooops... Edited, you cannot choose which to special summon. You have to special summon all.

the question i actually asking is about that "Special Summon the Level 4 or lower monsters to the field in face-down Defense Position."
the "the" means summon ALL or only ONE of those?
