so madolche effects will still be activated and returned to the deck even if it is negated by solemn warning & deck devastation virus?

some more doubts
1) If i have a Madolche Ticket on my field and i use Madolche Cruffsant eff to return it to my hand will i get to search 1 monster?

2) if i have a madolche ticket on my field and it is returned to my hand by my opp card effect will i get to search also?
